In animal farm how does Napoleon show how power corrupts?

I need to know by looking at the charecter of Napoleon show how power corrupts? Im not really sure what that means as it was homework and i was away that lesson:( any help would be SO helpful i have this for my GCSE corsework thing! its not doing any of the course work but it just helps me understand the book, thank u alot!
