Should I combine clean and clear mattifying moisturizer with primer?

I have really oily skin so I went out and got Napoleon primer. The primer itself is like a moisturizer-it soaks right into my skin and the makeup sales woman said I don't need a moisturizer with it. However, I also have clean and cleat mattifying moisturizer, and I was thinking it might be good to use both since my skin is so oily. But im not sure which one to apply first. I know usually your supposed to prime before moisturizing, but Napoleon's primer is pretty moisturizing and the clean and clear makes my face really matte.
