Why is there so much incest in the Bible?

Not to mention that Noah's offspring must have been incestuous to repopulate the earth and all... I mean the whole Noah's Ark deal must have resulted in a TON of incest among humans and animals... and a ton of genetic deformities, and thus a ton of dying... yeah. Real tenable story, that.
