Did Napoleon Bonaparte have a death sentence for his pow's? what was it?

Napoleon did believe in the death penalty. France abolished capital punishment in 1795, but Napoleon reinstated it in 1810. However, I don't think there was a death sentence for pow's. At the time of the Napoleonic Wars, rules had already been set regarding the treatment of prisoners of war - set up in the Peace of Westphalia. Also, the right of parole was available, which called for good treatment of captured officers if they swore to not escape.
