Is water ever created de novo on earth naturally ? Or is it just getting recycled through different states and?

Well, I mean, I guess it depends on your viewpoint. You technically create water every time you create ATP in your mitochondria (H2O is formed as a waste product from Oxygen). However, since Oxygen was created from the breakdown of water in the first place (in plants and such)... so... yeah.
