Is water ever created de novo on earth naturally ? Or is it just getting recycled through different states and?

Well in theory, Earth has the same amount of water it has had when it was created 4.6 billion years ago. The water goes through the water cycle. Water on the ground gets pulled up by evaporation which forms clouds (Clouds are made of Water and Dirt [the water evaporation sticks to clumps of dirt in the air] {that's why you see clouds form over very windy areas because dirt is being pick up into the atmosphere}) the clouds drop the water in the form of precipitation which either becomes run off into streams/lakes/oceans. Or it sinks into the ground and becomes groundwater (If you get well water you are technically drinking rain[sort of]) then after it comes up from the ground it becomes evaporation again. Then the cycle is repeated
