Is Kosher grape juice permitted for the Passover Seder?

I am an alcoholic and I abstain from all alcoholic beverages. I drink Kosher grape juice on Shabbat. Is it OK to drink the same Kosher grape juice for the Seder? Please do not answer unless you are a Rabbi or a knowledgeable Jew that can provide an internet or Talmud reference. Thanks !
