Jews - The Jewish view: "a three-year-old is capable of having sex. Someone younger than three can have sex"?

obviously a girl that age can engage in sex. the entire point of that is to make sure young girls arent getting molested, so i am not sure where your problem with that is, unless you are in favour of young girls getting molested.
