Is picking up litter touching?

Hey I am doing a project work about taking picture that are touching. I have decided to take picture of my mum picking up glass,cans and plastic on the floor and throw in the recycling bin. So is it touching? rate: /20.and erm if not can you suggest any other pictures that are touching?:P
